GREAT house! Loved the set up and the decor. It worked well for our family of 10:) Only issues we had was the front door screen needed to be left opened all the time, as when it was shut it would lock by it's self. Think the code pad hits the lock!? Also, was looking forward to a beverage when we arrived...but that's ok. The basket you gave my daughter & her husband for the wedding gift was fabulous!! Thanks so much. Plan on returning as soon as we can and would definitely use you again! Debbie Smith

Aloha, Troy, This e-mail is to thank you for your excellent work helping us have a wonderful time at Maui. Due to time constrain, we didn't get a chance writing down our compliments in your guest book. We enjoyed our stay in your rental houses. The houses are at great locations and very clean with almost everything we needed. We appreciate you and your staff for all the excellent work from booking to cleaning and problem solving. We would return if we visit Maui again and will recommend your places to our friends and colleagues very highly. As a matter of fact, we already provided your contact info to several colleagues who said that they may visit Maui. Hopefully you would have vacancies at the periods. Again, thank you and your house keeping staff at Maui. Ming

Hi Susan: Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay in the Condo at 120 Kanani Road, Unit A. It was perfect for our needs. Lovely view. I hope we left it in a satisfactory condition as we had to be at the airport by 10: am on Saturday for our flight to Honolulu. Sincerely Audrey Brown

Liked the layout and decor of the house and the convenient location. It was very comfortable for the 9 of us. Also, it is very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Having beach accessories was appreciated. We also like the wireless internet access a lot. The only thing we did not like was that we had to wash the towels and linens before we leave. Kind of difficult to get the kids and grandparents up to be sure we could clean and dry the towels and get the linens washed, since we have early lunch reservations on the otherside of the island. Otherwise everything else was great! Thanks for the wonderful accommodations! Jane

great house! we really enjoyed the space. The only thing I would improve are directions to the "front door" which is really the back door and clarification about which car spaces belong to the house. otherwise, it's such a great place and we'll come again.

The places were awsome! We can't wait to come back when we are not stressing over the wedding! we will definitely return. The only concern was the dryer. It seemed not to get warm enough and so it was tough to do all the towels and linen. But the rest of the property was just amazing. My only regret is that I had to leave! Thanks again, Tosha

We loved the Kihei house. It was spacious, well equiped and close to everything we wanted to do in Maui. We would love to stay there again on another trip to Maui. I also loved the web site and the booking process. It was easy and seemless.

Rented the house for myself, my two daughters and their husbands. It was centrally located on the island, although it was a little hard to find in the dark. The upstairs was bright and airy with everything we needed to relax in between our island excursions. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy for all. There was plenty of fresh linens including beach towels. I would highly recommend the use of the BBQ to cook up some of the fresh fish available from the nearby stores. This property more than met my expectations, so I would recommend it to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay & would happily recommend the Exec house. The only issue we had was that the downstairs toilet seemed to be backing up into the bathtub which was a bit unpleasant. Some of the exec cottage guests mentioned they had the same issue. I would also perhaps suggest you go for a darker carpet next time they are replaced. Overall it was a lovely place to stay & the location fit our needs perfectly. It was really nice that you had beach accessories & a bbq available for our use. Thank You for all your help and guidance along the way!

We did loved your condo!!!! Since your condo was soooo good, it made our trip more special. We enjoyed Maui to stay at your condo. We know your condo looked good on the internet but it was actually as same as the pic. on the internet. Usually most of the condo or hotel are different from the pic. and how actually are. Your condo was very beautiful, clean and what we liked most was your kindness to put the small soap for dishes in kitchen, flowers on the flower pot... we felt your sincere heart through these things.. We felt you were really thinking about the guest and tried to provide the best service, not just as your business..... We are planning to come back to Maui and next time we would like to stay at your condo again. Also thanks for the direction when we got lost to reach your house at mid-night..

Excellent property with all the amenities necessary for a large family. We had eight people between adults, children, and children's friends ranging in age from 8 - 22. Location was excellent... not waterfront, but a suprisingly good view of the water (Whales were awesome to watch from the deck with beverages in hand), easy walking distance/access to terrific beaches, and plenty of linens and space to support a group managing multiple activities from surfing to heading off to Hana for the day. Furniture and finish were terrific and for the most part there was very little indication it is a rented unit. Service staff was very friendly when you saw them, and even though it is a three unit property, there was never a feeling that we were crowded. We ate at least 1 if not 2 meals a day in the house, and grilled nearly every day out in the yard in some form or fashion. The open main floor plan with the deck allowed us to have most everyone together for meals and the subsequent "food coma" spent on the sectional, floor and chairs. We had two college students that had projects due following our vacation, so the high speed internet access was a huge benefit. We weren't looking for seclusion on this trip, so having modern amenities, cable, high speed internet, easy access to town, etc. were important. We've stayed in several locations in Maui over the years, and we just find Kihei to be the right mix of local flavor, convenience, dining, and easy access to all the other sites and activities that Maui has to offer. We'll without question consider renting the home again if we have four or more people heading to the Island. So.... here are the cliff notes: Very easy reservation and payment process. Excellent information available on the property, and a fair representation of the house from the pictures and descriptions. We felt the home was better than we had expected from the website. Terrific, large, well decorated and well appointed home that easily housed 8 active people of all ages for eight days. Very few indications (wear and tear) the home was a rental, and the things you need with a rental were there... plenty of towels, bedding, excellent modern appliances, and effective services (housekeeping and gardening). I had to fix a toilet handle/plunger assembly, but to be fair, my eight year old was a bit heavy handed and I chose not to contact maintenance when it was five minute job I could do myself with a little help from the neighborhood Kihei Ace Hardware. I travel a great deal for business, and I've become jaded over the years having seen many properties both commercial, and residential/commercial (Bed and Breakfast) that have been on the surface pretty solid, but once you get right to it, you see or feel the wear and tear. We didn't get that feeling here at all. Please don't hesitate to use any or all of our comments on the property internally or as reference/reviews for the Kihei Executive House Property. To begin with we found the house very plesant. It was large and airy and very well suited for a large family. We appreciated the beach toys and picnic items in the garage. We used many of them. The furniture and cookware where in good condition and clean. The big screen TV and cable were also nice features. The grounds around the house were also well kept. Problems - The garbage cans were hard to find. There are two signs pointing into the back house's yard. The cans are far down the alley (assuming we used the right ones!) not too easy to locate. The small CD player didn't work. This was not a big deal, I am only mentioning it so you can fix it or replace it. Besides that we found little to complain about. Our vacation was all the better for staying in your house. We will recommend it to friends and if we do a similar vacation will visit your houses again. Thanks, John Collier.
