Our team of On-Site Property Managers, Cleaners, Maintenance, Landscapers, Pool Cleaners keep every property running smooth and in tip-top-shape.

Kathy Jones, Property Manager Kihei. Kathy lives onsite at the Cove Park Properties, unit D. She's there to make sure your stay with us is perfect. She manages cleaning staff, coordinates maintenance, keeps an eye on the gardeners, and is supper meticulous and detailed oriented. Lisa Cochrane, Activities Concierge and Lahaina Property Manager. Lisa lives onsite in cottage at the Lahaina Gate House and is also the sales manager for Expedia Travel. Lisa has great deals on Luau's, snorkel trips, zip lining, you name it she has it in her inventory. She inspects every clean with a white glove to make sure there's not a spec of dirt anywhere when you arrive. She coordinates maintenance, landscaping and keeps the Gate House running smooth.
