  • All rates subject to 12.42% State Tax.
  • 30% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • There is a $150 exit cleaning fee added to all reservations.
  • Extra maid service available at additional charge.
  • Minimum 3 night stay required during regular season.
  • 10 Night minimum stay over Christmas, 14 night minimum stay required if the dates cover both Christmas and New Year.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets Allowed
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out if it's available 3 days prior to checkout.
  • No parties are allowed.
  • Please park in the garage, driveway or your assigned parking space. No on-street parking is allowed.
  • No loud noises or music at any time.
  • It's against Maui law to disturb your neighbors between the hours of 9:00pm - 8:00am

        Deposit Policy:  
        

  • A $1000 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.

  • Avoid paying the $1,000 damage deposit by agreeing to a $25 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee. This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $1,000.

  • A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
  • For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
  • Any changes to the reservation are subject to a $25 fee

      Great Condo, Great Location. A few things needed fixing. The slider & screen didn't work, coffeepot leaked, we replaced the blender, needs smoke dectector, more bowls & longer knife. The curtain rod in master fell down. Would have mopped if there was a better mop available. Had a great family vacation - will stay there again & recommend to others. Keyless entry was a snap.

      Greetings, Thank you for a very nice place to stay. it was so hard to come back to the cold and rain. Menehune Shores was a fantastic place to stay, The room was very nice and big enough with great views. The staff that take care of the grounds were great and the outside areas were perfect. The roon being so close to the road did have road noise and there were a lot of bugs in the room. everything we used in the room was in good working order with the exception of the bedroom TV. I would have liked to have had more cleaning supply and garbage bags in the room but a quick trip to the store took care of that. All and all, A very nice stay and looking forward for the next stay there. Thanks again Daryl

      POSITIVE: 1. Close proximity to Drug Store, Food Stores, small plaza. 2. 2nd Floor Location excellent and close to fire escape route which came in very handy when tiling renovations were underway by the elevator. 3. Lanai was nice size and had a nice view of grounds and ocean. (Even spotted a Mother and Baby Whale on our first morning from the Lanai) 4. Good cross winds through unit plus fans, did not warrant us using Air Conditioning. 5. Good size Fridge and Microwave. Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer in good working order. 6. Bedrooms and Bathrooms good size and very clean. 7. BBQ on the Roof was a bonus and we used them a lot. 8. Dining Table a good size 9. Plenty of towels and bedding. 10. Great Water Pressure in the showers. 11. The grounds were emaculate. 12. The beach was groomed every morning. 13. Vacation Rentals/Owner did get back to us very promptly when I emailed about the pool and elevator issues and gave us a small concession for inconvenience. NOT SO POSITIVE: 1. Did not have advance notice of Pool to be closed 6 of our 11 day stay. 2. Did not have advance notice of tiling renovations by Elevators, but was not a major problem as we were on 2nd floor and next door to fire escape route. 3. Patio screen doors needed some attention. Small holes in screens and a challenge to open/close. 4. Dishwasher springs noisy when opening door to put in or take out dishes,etc. 5. Although the Air Conditioning units were not needed, one night did turn one of the units on in the second bedroom and it was noisy. 6. One live cockroach found in Master Bedroom, but other than that bug free. 7.Found the lines in the parking area very, very tight and as a result had a few minor dings in the rental car. 8. Only had a set of Kitchen tongs for BBQ, so went out and bought one and left for future guests. 9. Decor a little dated, but not a big deal. This was our third visit to Maui and overall the Condo Unit was satisfactory and above all was very, very clean and had all the conveniences of home.
