MauiGold is a fully-furnished, second-story, corner-condo vacation rental that sits closer to the beach than any other unit in West Maui. The lanai is a nearly 24� wide (as are the living and dining room out looking windows) � not like many narrow single units like most rentals found here � and is big enough (180 degrees) to take in the spectacular sunsets that range from Lanai to the island of Molokai. The ocean is just a few steps away making swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sailing and sunning the ultimate convenience. There is an un-obstructive view both up and down the golden sandy beach, north and south, and the night it feels as though the ocean is under your doorstep (while safely on the second level). Look for sea turtles, dolphins and whales to swim by as the sun slowly sets colorfully into the Pacific Ocean. MauiGold is a multi-million dollar view that is unmatchable.

It's against Maui law to disturb your neighbors between the hours of 9:00pm - 8:00am
Deposit Policy:
A $1000 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.Â
Avoid paying the $1,000 damage deposit by agreeing to a $25 non-refundable damage deposit waiver fee.  This way you will never be charged for any accidental damages under $1,000.Â
Refund Policy:
A courtesy 24-hour hold is provided for all reservations without penalty for cancellation or changes.
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received 00 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
A $50 fee may be applied to any changes to reservations
This was truly everything that we imagined and then some. The condo was gorgeous, the ocean was 8 steps down from the property and the snorkeling was fantastic. Saw lots of fish, an eel and a beautiful sea turtle. Going to sleep hearing that ocean was amazing. I hope to return there again very soon.

This was a great location for us! The beach in front is very rocky, but a nice sandy beach is within 100 yard walk through shallow water. Hearing the ocean right outside is a luxury for us! We loved the condo, with the following exceptions: the bathroom sink drains very, very slowly; the shower did also, until I plunged it; and, the couch could be updated.
We'd definitely return to this condo!
